Our 9/10s Girls and Boys represented Copperfield College Kings Park for Softball and Baseball respectively. Both teams demonstrated amazing teamwork and commitment on the day – resulting in many positive plays of Softball/Baseball. The boys unfortunately falling to a very dominant St. Albans Secondary 9 runs to 2. The girls having a bit more success ending the day undefeated, defeating Keilor Downs 11 runs to 3 and a very close final game vs St. Albans, going down to an extra innings after being tied at 6-6. Raffaney Su’a scoring the decisive run to give Kings Park a 7 runs to 6 win and qualifying for Western Metro early in Term 2. Well done to both teams.
