On Tuesday 6th February, a group of Copperfield Student Leaders from Years 7 to 12 attended the ‘2024 Multicultural Youth Leadership Conference’. Students embarked on a journey of self–discovery, empowerment, and leadership development. Engaging with keynote speakers, interactive activities, and reflective sessions, students connected with peers from schools across Victoria with various cultural backgrounds to help cultivate their sense of personal agency, inclusiveness, and leadership. Equipping them with essential skills for success that they will incorporate into their Student Leadership positions at Copperfield College and support them in becoming dynamic leaders of tomorrow.
